Smoke & Mirrors

The Penicillin cocktail is traditionally made with a combination of Scotch whiskey, honey, ginger and lemon juice. We brighten up this classic recipe by using effervescent ginger beer in place of ginger root.

It's important to use a ginger beer that can stand up next to the pronounced smoke of scotch whiskey. Insert Boylan Heritage Ginger. Bold and balanced, this craft cocktail mixer pairs spicy ginger with refreshing citrus notes and a subtle sweetness.
