The Garden Star

Is it just us, or is gin just made for sipping on a hot day? For this greenmarket-inspired cocktail recipe, we paired our own homemade gin with fresh cucumber to create a seasonal escape from the steaminess of summer.

Here, aromatic mint gets muddled with lime juice, cane sugar and cucumber. After a quick shake with gin, you’ve got an excellent antidote to sweltering summer rays.
