The Cucumber G&T

A quick glance at the ingredient list for most tonic waters reveals an abundance of fake sugar and chemical additives. A lot of pride goes into crafting a delicious cocktail, and a sugary tonic can completely ruin what could have been a great drink.

Cue the Boylan Heritage Tonic, a new cocktail mixer from Boylan Bottling Company and W&P Design. This tonic combines seltzer, cane sugar, quinine, all-natural citrus and botanicals to create a balanced cocktail mixer that pairs perfectly with spirits. For starters, we suggest pairing Boylan Heritage Tonic with some homemade gin, cucumber and lime for this refreshing take on a the classic G&T.
