The Spring G&T 

It's that time of year when the weather begins to warm up, and we start to crave gin and tonics. The key to making a delicious gin and tonic is using great ingredients. For the G of our G&T, we love using Hendrick's Gin, which is infused with rose petals and cucumber, pairing beautifully with Boylan Heritage Tonic. To add a Springtime twist to our G&T, we've added fresh cucumber and fragrant mint to the mix. We highly suggest doubling this recipe -- you're going to want another.

 

The Spring G&T
makes one cocktail

  1. Add the cucumber and mint to the Mason Shaker, and muddle until crushed.
  2. Add the lime juice and gin to the Shaker. Add ice to above the liquid, and shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a collins glass, fill with Boylan Heritage Tonic, and garnish with remaining cucumber and mint.
