Tinto Tonico
An unexpected combination of red wine and tonic, the Tinto Tónico was inspired by the Spanish obsession with Gin & Tonics and another popular cocktail, Tinto de Verano (a combination of red wine and lemon soda).
The cheap red wine / tonic combination is made lightyears better with a quality soda. We're biased, but we love our Boylan Heritage Tonic—made from premium seltzer, cane sugar, quinine, and all-natural citrus and botanicals.
Tinto Tónico
Makes One Cocktail
- 3 oz red wine (preferably Spanish)
- 4 oz Boylan Heritage Tonic
- 1 strip lemon zest
- In a red wine glass filled with cubes of ice, combine the red wine and Boylan Heritage Tonic.
- Garnish with the strip of lemon zest.
