The Spiced Apple

It’s that time of year when the farmers market stalls are filled to the brim with apples. Each week, we pick up bushels of the fruit to make apple pies, top warm oatmeal and eat as snacks all autumn long. 

Our favorite way to utilize apples? In a cocktail, of course! The Spiced Apple, an applejack-based cocktail with our favorite Boylan Heritage Ginger and warm island spices.

The Spiced Apple
makes one cocktail

  1. In a Collins glass filled with ice, combine applejack and Boylan Heritage Ginger.
  2. Top with bitters and garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slices.
