If you have any issues with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, just email us at customerservice@wandpdesign.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will send you a prepaid shipping label via return email.

Once you get your return label, you simply send your return to:

Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $50? Yes, please.

Orders placed after 3 pm ET will be shipped the following business day.

Domestic Shipping: To get you the lowest rates possible, we offer standard and expedited shipping options via UPS and USPS, and will present you with quotes during your checkout process. We also offer free domestic ground shipping on orders over $50 (to the contiguous US).

International Shipping: We ship nearly anywhere in the world and will provide you with international shipping options during your checkout process. Note that some international shipping destinations may incur additional customs charges upon arrival, depending on the country.
